Jacek Musiał graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Poznań.

He has many years of professional experience in managing and supervising investments in the renewable energy and ICT sectors. He has extensive consulting experience in the field of investments, business dvelopment, M&A. Throughout his 25 years of his professional career, he has gained experience in the field of HR management, product development, getting to know many industries and the specifics of their operation. He is an energy auditor. He dealt with strategic management, process optimization, restructuring processes and investments. He managed large teams of people.

In the years 1995 – 2006 he worked for DGA SA, a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He started his career as a consultant, then he was a project manager, director of the strategy department, director of the energy department and vice-president of the Management Board (including during the IPO period).

In 2007 he became a co-founder of CREO Consulting Sp. z o.o. – President of the Management Board, then managing partner. The CREO company dealt with consulting projects in the field of M&A, capital investments and specialized in the renewable energy, energy and pharmacy industries.

In 2012, he was the founder of a fund entity: BioEn Ventures BMV Sp. z o.o. SK specializing in the development of investments in the field of renewable energy. In the following years, he was the founder and developed further SPVs in the renewable energy sector. In the years (2016-2019) he was a Member of the Management Board and Managing Director in the IT industry of XTRF Management Systems SA belonging to the Experior Venture Fund (VC) investment portfolio.
